In-House Training

Are you a grief friendly workplace?

Most workplaces aren't prepared to support employees through grief, which can lead to increased absences, reduced productivity, and talented staff leaving when they need support most. Creating a grief-friendly environment means your bereaved employees can continue to contribute meaningfully while processing their loss, and your clients feel understood during their most vulnerable moments.

Emma provides bespoke in-house workshops and talks to help you have a more grief-friendly workplace.

More Feedback…

"Many thanks for your talk – it was good for getting fee earners to understand there is more to be covered than just the legal documents, and that is relevant to a good service for clients. I do think that having insight on grief is relevant to the Wellbeing support we offer employees in the firm generally, but also clients other than just in the Private Client team. You are very brave to be open about your own experiences of loss, planning and grieving."

"Emma's background as a non-practicing solicitor and her extensive work with vulnerable adults, combined with her personal journey, provided our clients with invaluable insights and compelling next steps to protect their future. Emma, your dedication and expertise have provided exactly the kind of education and inspiration we aimed to deliver. Thank you for being a beacon of knowledge and empathy."
